The brief
Financial Decisions needed to feel established. When someone's deciding who to trust with their money, a dated or confusing site does real damage before anyone says a word. The job was to make the practice look as credible online as it is in person.
What I did
- Rebuilt the first screen around one question: who are these people and can I trust them? Credibility first, then services, then an easy way to get in touch.
- Smoothed the path so a visitor can go from "never heard of them" to "booked a call" without hunting for anything.
- Built the site in Astro.js and hosted it on Netlify so the final result stays simple, fast, and easy to maintain.
The interesting part
Most of the work here was restraint. For a financial advisor, calm and clear beats flashy every time, so the hard decisions were about what to leave out. Astro and Netlify were a good fit for that: a lean static build, straightforward deployment, and no extra moving parts for a site that needs to feel trustworthy before it feels clever.
