High-Rise Hydraulic Protection Platform
Custom hydraulic wind and fall protection for a major residential tower: 36 steel screens giving five levels of protection, climbing roughly 40 storeys as the building went up.
Manufactured & in active fleet
Truss System Adaptor
An adaptor that let Aluma trusses connect to several shoring leg types. I took it from fleet measurements through prototypes, manufacture, and testing, and it's now part of the company's active fleet.
Internal tool · Aluma Systems
Shoring Load Calculator
An Excel and VBA tool that turned a repeatable, error-prone load calculation into something quick and consistent: slab and equipment in, maximum spacing and leg loads out.
Documentation · Aluma Systems
Engineering Database User Guide
A user guide for an internal engineering database, written with senior leadership to make the workflows clear enough that teams across North America could just follow it.

Queen's Supermileage Chassis
My mechanical engineering capstone: a carbon-fibre competition-vehicle chassis for the Shell Eco-Marathon, designed in SolidWorks, analysed in ANSYS, and delivered at under a third of the client's budget.

This website
The site you're on. I built it from scratch because I wanted one place for the work, the writing, and everything else, not five scattered profiles.
More coming
New experiments and side projects land here as I build them — finished or not.
